There's the Dawn of War Anthology (Dawn of War, Winter Assault and Dark Crusade), and a newer collection which includes everything so far (i.e.

I wouldn't worry about getting Soulstorm and Dark Crusade until you've tried the first two games. I'd see what cheap compilation bundles you can get. The large number of skirmishes can get a bit tedious. Most battles are skirmishes, but each race has a scripted mission when you attack their main base. The later two expansions (Dark Crusade and Soulstorm) use a Risk-style map. You get to play Imp Guard & Eldar (Order campaign) and Chaos & Orks (Chaos campaign). The Winter Assault campaign is very good, 2 campaigns with gameplay jumping between races and it effectively splits into 4 campaigns. I've mostly played single player, since I don't have much time for online (and I'm a bit crap).Īs others have said, the DoW main campaign is pretty good, but limited to the Space Marines.
