The scroll isn’t destroyed on use and using will give you a two-hour 100% buff for Alliance Points (AP) and player kill XP in Alliance War, Imperial City, and Battlegrounds. If you haven’t completed the quest before, you’ll need to do a quick quest for Maera before receiving the Scroll of Pelinal’s Ferocity and a Pelinal’s Midyear Boon Box. To make the most of the event, you’ll first need to pick up the ‘Details on the Midyear Mayhem’ quest from the in-game Crown Store, then find Predicant Maera at your Alliance War faction’s main gate or at one of the Battlegrounds camps located outside most of the major cities. None of the required items are character bound, so this can be facilitated via your bank if you have obtained some of the items on other characters.New rewards are up for grabs for players who are daring enough to head into the PvP zones of The Elder Scrolls Online during Midyear Mayhem. For example, to obtain the Pact shield, you will need to log in as a Pact character before combining the items. When combining the license with the emblems, the style page you obtain depends on the Alliance of your character. The style pages could either be bought from the Impresario for 0000005 5 each, or created by collecting 10 Alliance Banner-Bearer's Emblem from the Pelinal's Midyear Boon Boxes and combining them with the right license. The pages were first made available during the Midyear Mayhem 2021 June/July Event. The Alliance Banner-Bearer Style is an outfit style for weapons.
